Mandalay Bay Las Vegas
Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino is a hotel/casino on the "Strip" in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is owned by the MGM Mirage. Floors 34-39 of the main hotel building are used as a Four Seasons Hotel.
Mandalay Bay has 3,309 hotel rooms and a casino. The adjacent convention center has almost one million square feet of space. In addition, the Mandalay Bay Events Center hosts events from boxing to concerts.

The decor of the Mandalay Bay is South East Asian in inspiration. Special exhibits of glass objects are featured.
The current stage production at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino is Mamma Mia!

Mandalay Bay features the 11-acre Mandalay Beach with five pools and a lazy river that features a small waterfall. There are also two restaurants at the Beach.
Other attractions over the 11 acres are two heated pools, a wave pool, and a topless pool. The pool area is considered among the best in Las Vegas, winning the 2005 Las Vegas Review Jounal's Reader's "Best Pool of Las Vegas" award.
In keeping with the resort's tropical Asia theme, it features the Shark Reef, and aquarium containing over a million gallons of saltwater. Another popular attraction is the House of Blues, a venue for live music and a restaurant, with a capacity of approximately 1,800.
The Four Seasons Las Vegas has a private pool and lounge area that is accessible only to Four Seasons guests. A little known fact is that the Four Seasons has disposable swimsuits for guests to wear should they come to the pool unprepared.
The resort opened on March 2, 1999, and is located on the former grounds of the Hacienda.
The convention center was added in January 2003. When it opened, it was ranked as the fifth largest in the United States. It also offered the largest unobstructed ballroom in the country.
In 2004 a new 43-story tower was opened with 1,120 suites, called The Hotel at Mandalay Bay.
